When amoeba reaches to its maximum size of growth, then first the nucleus the amoeba elongated and divide into two parts. Then cytoplasms of amoeba also divides into two parts, one part around each nucleus. Finally the parent amoeba divide to form two smaller amoeba (also called daughter amoeba).
