Explain the process of colour of the sun at sunrise and sunset ?pls pls answer me!

due to the different layers and densities of the atmosphere the rays of the sun get refracted. in this the blue ray gets refracted the most and hence scatters. so the colour of the sky gets blue. and the red colour which has the higher wavelength reaches our eye! so it appears reddish!
