A protein complex is a mix of two or more linked polypeptide chains. In it there is a simple protein blended with a molecule of another substance which a role of glycoprotein, hemoglobin, nucleoprotein etc. This is also known as multi-protein complex as well.
A protein complex is formed when proteins show simple interaction of the protein and substance. Later, several orientations are seen or observed. This process is known as an encounter complex.
