In this reaction Fe is more reactive than Cu.. So being more reactive in nature.. It displaces Cu from its place and took Cu's place.... So this is a displacement reaction....

Fe (s) + Cu2 (aq) —→ Fe2(aq) + Cu (s).

This is a displacement reaction. As Fe is more reactive than Cu, Fe easily displaces Cu.
