We know Fluorine is the most electronegative element and hence it has more tendency to pull the electrons towards itself than other atoms. Electronegativity decreases down the Group. So Iodine is the least electronegative halogen in the given question.

Thus, charge polarisation is most in HF. Hence, HF has maximum dipole moment.

the diplole moment is depnd on electronegative and flourine is highest electronegativity. and if we go down the group electronegativity decrease so after flourine the chlorine and last bromine..
