The acidic strength increases in the order hclo4>h2so4>h3PO4.

This is due to the fact that Hclo4 dissociates/deprotonates more in H2O than H2so4 does and similar is the case in H2so4 and H3PO4. Stronger acids deprotonate almost completely in water, where weak acids dissociate incompletely in water, making HClO4 a strongest acid among the 3 given acids as the Hydrogen atom dissociates completely.

This is also can be understood by the concept of the oxidation no. Of the central atom. Higher the oxidation no. Of the central atom stronger is the acid. In HClO4 Cl has oxidation no. +7 and in H2SO4 the oxidation no. Of S is +6 and in h3PO4 oxidation no. Of P- +5.
