Examining Exams’Examination system in India is quite obsolete and ridden with flaws. Owing to the inefficiency of this system the quality of skilled professionals produced in our country is very poor. The fact is Indian examination system is not recognized in the advanced countries. Indian professionals have to pass exams in these countries to be qualified to do jobs there.  Indian examination system needs to be overhauled and made more efficient to bring it to world class level. From pen paper based exams, the system should start computer based exams. The paper based exams suffers from many flaws such as cheating, copying, and other unfair means.

Our examination system does not encourage skill development.
