The decline of Rajput age came after the Independence of India as a free nation .Rajputs were Kings of certain state's in India during the British rule in India . The main reason for the decline of Rajput age was the Independence of India as after the Independence India became a democracy and the princely states were convinced to sign the integration act , and after signing that there state came under the Union of India and they were no longer able to implement rule or exercise power of authority..they original rulers just received a form of compensation from the Indian govt for only several years as after when Indira Gandhi came to power she excluded that rule as it was against the law of right to equality..
