World War II had a severe impact on the life of Germans and on industrial power of Germany. Therefore, to overcome this situation Hitler launched the reconstruction plan in Germany.  The main features of this policy were:

1. Hitler gave all the responsibility of looking after Germany's economic recovery to an Economist known as Hjalmar Schacht.

2. The aim of this policy was to provide employment to the people of Germany through many policies and programs financed by the state.

3. He gave finance for setting up various armament, naval ships and airplane’s factories.

All these policies of Hitler created employment opportunities for the German people.
