In a democratic country like India,the rights of the population are one of the most important components.

There are two types of right that are most important in a democratic political ecosystem.

1) Fundamental rights:

These rights include the basic demands and necessities of a nation's population.

2)Human rights:

These rights replenishes the most important demands of human population without looking for any divisions related with caste, religions,sex etc.

So by the definitions of these two types of rights,we can easily say that the human rights are essential part of the fundamental rights.

They are not seperate aspects.
