Physics is also called "the fundamental science" because the subject of study of all branches of natural science like chemistry, astronomy, geology, and biology are constrained by laws of physics, similar to how chemistry is often called the central science because of its role in linking the physical sciences

Physics is related to chemistry in as much as chemical reactions are basically electromagnetic in nature. Chemistry is related to biology through bio-chemistry. Physics or any other human activity (a painting, a ballet) does matter in economics if they bring in profit for somebody. Physics and psychology? Not yet, although Penrose proposes quantum mechanical base for consciousness.

Physics and literature? May be science fictions.

Physics and politics? Nope.

Physics and geology? Quite a lot.

Physics and theosophy? Tao of physics.

Etc. Etc…
