The constitution under Articles 23 and 24 puts an firm end to such an exploitation as forced labour beggary traffic in women and children and unjustified under payment. This right also prohibits employment and children below 14 in mines factories and other occupations fraught with danger. Bonded labour in any form has also been made illegal. Payment of less than minimum wages is also considered as force labour.
