Dr BR Ambedkar was the chairman of the drafting committee all responsibility of the drafting committee was held by Dr BR Ambedkar no any member wrote a single word but when Dr BR Ambedkar passed the article everyone opposed it and this was happening every time in the committee Indian Constitution was very critical conditions at that time on 15 August 1947 British leave the India and give all the power to Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi and others .Jawaharlal Nehru became the first prime minister of India the very well new that no one has knowledge more than Dr BR Ambedkar hence the Congress party give the ticket to Doctor BR Ambedkar.
BR Ambedkar went to the Assembly on the ticket of Muslim Leag party from Bengal and give such a powerful speech making all the Indians relised above.
