School is considered as the second home as it gives us the secondary education. While we obtain our primary education is given by our family followed by neighbours. They help moulding the inner character of a child. They teach a child his manners, basic education, qualities, disciplined lifestyle of a child. Thus if it's family and neighborhood background is of good standard then it would have a positive impact on the child. And if the family and neighborhood background is of bad standard then it would have a negative impact on the child.
