forests is basically trees and the main role of trees is photosynthesis i.e process in which carbon dioxide is taken in and oxygen is given out....

Forest works like a self-sustaining system. Whatever is produced in the forest is utilized by different components of the forest.

Animals also humans during respiration take in oxygen and release carbon dioxide....
