some people of 3rd estate where educated and they become lawyers administrative official etc.all of these educated and believed that no group is in society should be privileged by birth . a person's social position must depends on its merit .this idea in society based on Freedom and equal laws and opportunities for all there are taken forward by the by the philosophers such as John Locke and Jean Jacques Rousseau .locke wrote a book named as two tretises of government .Rousseau carried idea for word processing a form of government based on social contract between people and their representatives. Montesquieu wrote a book named as a spirit of laws. this ideas of philosophers were discussed in a coffee shop or in salons.
