Worker Bee. Worker bees are female but are not capable of reproducing. They do all the work in the hive, and they control most of what goes on inside. Their jobs include housekeeping, feeding the queen, drones and larvae, collecting the pollen and nectar, and making the wax.

The queen bee does not do any work. Imagine if your Mom didn't give you food, how would you feel? The same thing is with the queen bee. She is very lazy. The worker bees do all her work. Collecting honey, feeding her, cleaning hives, etc.
