As PCl5 has 5 bond pairs since 5 chlorines are bonded to it and it has no lone pairs since valence electrons of Phosphorus - number of atoms bonded to it ×charge of bonded atoms =0 [5-5×1=0] . Therefore by hybridisation table we can say that it has trigonal bipyramidal shape
