A good HRMS brings consistency inhuman resource management practices and improves human relations in the company. An effective HRMS is focused on a strategic objective and works by improving employee knowledge, skills, motivation and contribution opportunities.

Any resource other than inhuman resource can not bring out it's use by itself. For ex. Land itself can't provide us with grains ...its humans that do so....Similarly resources like minerals , water , solar energy are all brought into use by human resource, or else every resource was useless.....Hence human resource is the most valuable resource.
