it is right that the constitution of india is neither flexible nor rigid.it is a mixture of both of the two which helps it in the progressing of the democracy. a rigid constitution is which that doesn't change and on the other hand a flexible constitution is changing and progresses the democracy. our India is a mixture of both of them.
