Steps taken by government of India to implement Right to equality.

By giving reservation in job for scheduled caste and scheduled tribes.

By increasing women seats in election.

There are lot of steps taken by the Indian government to ensure the Right to Equality of the citizens such as:

  • Fundamentals Right which protects the rights of the person from exploitation whether with hands of any individual, group, community or government on the basis of their caste, religion or creed and provide equal opportunity to participate in socio-economic and political activities.
  • Giving Reservation to minorities and backward castes in Government jobs and institution are the clear example of Right to Equality the motive is to allow them to participate in the mainstream growth of the country.
