  • Human heart is made up of muscle and is called as myogenic.

  • It's size is approximately equal to our fist.

  • Human heart has 4 chambers, Right & left auricle and right & left ventricle.

  • It is located between lungs in a cavity 'mediastium'.

Hard wall of heart called candium. It is present in three layers:-

  • Outer - Epicardiun

  • Middle - Myocardium

  • Inner - Endocardium
