heya !!!
◇The nucleus is a spherical shaped organalle present in every eukaryotic cell .
◇Prokaryotic cell does not have nucleus.
◇The structure of nucleus encomposes - NUCLEAR MEMBRANE , NUCLEOPLASM , CHROMOSOMES AND NUCLEOLUS .
◇Each nucleus remains enclosed in a nuclear membrane or nuclear envelope , It is a DOUBLE MEMBRANE surrounding the nucleus.
◇Each membrane has a typical plasma membrane like structure and it is 4nm to 6nm in width .
◇Nucleus controls all the genetic activities of the cell.
◇In the germ cells it carries hereditary information from generation to generations .
◇The interphase nucleus of eukaryotic cells contains a network of chromatin fibres , which become organised into chromosomes before cell division .
hope it helps u dear ^_^
