The symptoms of marasmus are more common to the symptoms of kwashiorkor, which includes:
Dizziness
Weight loss.
Dehydration.
Lack of energy

Chronic Diarrhoea.

Dry skin and brittle hair.
Underweight or loss of muscle mass and subcutaneous fat.
