Creamy layer- It is the type of people mainly of reserved category which has once taken advantage of the reservation and not they are not poor and due to the benifits given by the government they are now become rich.

The Idea of reservation is to promote the dignity of the lower caste and help then to become rich.

CREAMY LAYER should not be given reservation because

(1). Being of lower caste are are enough rich.

(2). They have enough potential to get al the things done by themself.

(3).This will also give wrong message in society. The people of this creamy layer will become less hard working.

The term “Creamy Layer” is used for the relatively wealthier and better educated members of the backward classes. It is argued that they should not continue to avail the benefits of reservation.
