an object may appear to be moving for one person and stationary to the other.
This is the concept of relativity.
eg: when u r in a stationary train and another stationary train beside you starts moving, you will think that ur train is moving.
when u r in a moving car sitting with ur friend and u see a person outside the car u think that the person outside is moving whereas ur friend is stationary for u and the person outside the car thinks that both of u r moving and that he is stationary
PS plz mark brainliest

relative is nothing but difining a state of body with respect to another body nomatter whether it is motion or rest
example
a car moving with some speed and another car with another speed can be relatively defined as per their diection
if same side A-B
opp side A+B to calculate thier speed
and in other case
A bus is moving and a person standing out is seeing the bus
here the bus is stationary with passengers in it and is in motion with respect to person standing out
