\underline{\underline{\textsf{What \:is\:Sublimation?}}}

\large{\implies{\boxed{\sf{\blue{}}}}} Sublimation is the process of conversion of solid state into gaseous state and vice versa without going through the liquid state.

\underline{\underline{\textsf{Sublimation\:of\:napthalene\:balls:-}}}

\large{\implies{\boxed{\sf{\blue{}}}}} ★ It is a physical change because the chemical composition of the balls don't change when they undergo sublimation.

★It isn't a chemical change because no chemical reaction happens to take place during this process.

★Further, changing of states of matter doesn't mean chemical change.
