$\large{\implies{\boxed{\sf{\blue{}}}}}$ ★ It is a physical change because the chemical composition of the balls don't change when they undergo sublimation.

★It isn't a chemical change because no chemical reaction happens to take place during this process.

★Further, changing of states of matter doesn't mean chemical change.
