The meaning of the terms are as followed:

(i) Sovereign:

Other countries cannot interfere with the problems lying within the boundary of own country unless they're asked for.

(ii) Socialist:
The country will work for the development of the society and not an induvidual alone.

(iii) Secular
No specific relegion is supported by the state (here state means country) but all the same in the eyes of the government.

(iv) Democratic

The government is chosen by the people and it'll for the people in justified manner.
