- Kautilya’s theory of diplomacy involves six-folds policy components of peace, war, neutrality, marching, alliance, and double policy. He was a great diplomat and reformer.
- According to him neighboring kings are obvious enemies of a certain one. Political economic and military self-interest enables a nation to act accordingly. Diplomacy and foreign policy would be practiced only if the self-interest of a particular nation is being served.
