Human relations theory:
The ‘human relations theory’ is a psychological aspect of human relationships. It is a study of human behaviour in groups, especially of employees working in an organization.
Merits:
There is number of advantages in human relations theory. It helps in improving the productivity of the employees, develops better human relationships and improves on the retention of employees.
Demerits:
The disadvantages are that it is very theoretical. It does not hold any subjectivity to its concept. It is not easy to analyze human relationships. It does not show any results regarding the productivity of the employees.
