The different types of Democracy are :  

I)Direct Democracy- it is one where the citizens get to vote directly, without any representatives.

II)Representative Democracy it is one where people choose to vote for those who will represent them in the Parliament.

III)Presidential Democracy- it is one where the President has significant power over the government.  

IV)Parliamentary Democracy- it is one where more power is given to the legislature.  

V)Authoritarian Democracy- it is one where individuals are allowed to vote for their chosen candidate.
