Concept of Universality of Management:

Management is required in all types and size of organization and to keep hold of their loyal customers. Organizations having poor management are likely to lose their customers and therefore people are showing interest in studying and improving management. With the study of management and achieving broader management knowledge an organization can easily identify poor management and work harder to get it corrected. Also, good management are identified in the process. All the activities involved in managing an enterprise are common to all organization whether economic, social or political. All the planning and organizing is done by the manager, but it may differ in the way they work because of their culture, tradition and history.
