\sf\green{Explain\:Water\:Cycle\:-}

The water cycle is the repeated movement of water through Earth's environment. Water cycle is also known as hydrological cycle. It involves the exchange of energy which leads to temprature changes.

There are four major processes in the water cycle :

  • \sf\blue{Evaporation\::} The changing of liquid into gas. Liquid water evaporates to form water vapour in the atmosphere.
  • \sf\red{Condensation\::} The changing of a gas into liquid. Water vapour condenses in the atmosphere to form clouds.
  • \sf\pink{Precipitation\::} Water that falls to earth as a rain, snow, sleet or hail.
  • \sf\purple{Run\:off\::} A small amount of precipitation lands on the surface and runs off into streams and lakes.
