explain the working of electric fuse please answer in detail.....don't copy from internet or google.. as i havent fount the appropriate answer from google.. please help i will surely mark you as brainlist

electric fuse is simply a device that breaks off the path of current when the amount of current flowing through it increases and passes of the limit .

The electric fuse is utilised by the heating effect of electric current for protecting household wiring and electrical appliances
A fuse is the short length of a thin tin plated copper wire having the low melting point . the fuse wire has high resistances than the rest of the electric wiring in the house .
      so, when the current in the electric circiut rises too much , then the fuse wire get heated too much , melts and breaks the circuit . this prevents the damage of electrical appliances .
