It is possible when the rain is sufficient to store enough water from roofs by the process of rainwater harvesting. You should store that water in big tanks . You must use that water in months of summer season when there is lack of water.when water fall on the rooftops it will be going down by pipes fitted on the roof and stored that water inside the tanks which are underground to store water
