EG there are two twins and at the age of 13 on of the twins flies to space and reaches the speed of light and keeps moving at that speed . After 57 Earth years when the person from space returns and sees his twin he notices that he himself was only 25 years old and his earth sibilling was 70 years old

Why? Because time passed slowly for him

This also called as twins paradox
