the twin paradox is a thought experiment in special relativity involving identical twins, one of whom makes a journey into space in a high-speed rocket and returns home to find that the twin who remained on Earth has aged more

Hope it helps u

Twin paradox is an apparent anomaly that arises from the treatment of time on German- born physicist, Albert Einstein's theory of special reactivity. The counterintuitive nature of Einstein's ideas makes them difficult to absorb and to give rise the situations that seems unthomable. For example, suppose that two identical twin sisters files off into space nearly the speed of light. According to relativity time turns more slowly on her spacecraft than it does on earth. Therefore, when she will return back then she will be younger than her earth-born sister.
