System & surrounding :-

It is the oart of universe which is outside the system in region of surrounding

⭕Types of system:-

⏩Open system :
➡Exchange of both energy and mental are allowed with the surrounding

∆E not equal to 0
∆m not equal to 0

⏩Closed system:
➡ exchange of energy with the surrounding is allowed but not the matter

∆E not equal to 0 but,
∆m equal to 0

⏩Isolated system :
➡ exchange of neither neither nor energy with the surrounding is allowed.

∆E equal to 0
∆m equal to 0

____________

⏩there are 3 types of system in thermodynamics

1) open system :- the system which transport mass and energy to the other system i.e. have conducting walls.

2)closed system :- a system which does not transfer mass or energy to the other system i.e. the walls of this system are insulated.

3) isolated system :- a system which can't exchange energy or matter outside.
