The commission was send to take report about how good the Act of 1919 have done (acc to british) ... Indians reaction was quite against them because their team has had no indian member . The indian opposed it like Lala lajpat rai , he was opposing the commision in lahore and he was lathi charged to death ... That was british repressive policy in 1929 congress session also (Jawahar lal Nehru was president of congress that time ) swaraj was declared as the main goal ... Because of these things Gandhi ji started the Civil Disobedience movement ...
