it depends upon the rigid reference body you chose according to relativity.if you take a running boy as a RRB then classroom walls are in motion.And if u take a boy sitting in classroom as ur RRB the walls are in rest relatively....(RRB=rigid reference body)

Answer:

The walls of classroom are at rest when observed from it's surroundings. At the morning wherever we find them they appear at the same place even in afternoon. They are not motile, As they are at rest.
