there are three different levels of course in our country there are several ports at global level while there is only one at Apex level the records that most people interact are called subordinator District these are used only at district town and they hear many kind of cases is state is divided into district that is decided by a district judge which state has a high court which is the highest court of the state at the top Supreme Court that is located in New Delhi is presided over the Chief Justice of India Supreme Court are binding on all other Courts in India....
