Explanation:

The liftman wanted that the passenger should say, "Top, Please". He wanted the passenger to add please but the passenger refused to do so. The passenger only said, "Top" and that infuriated the liftman. So, instead of taking the passenger to the topmost floor that liftman proceeded to kick the man out of the lift. The liftman just wanted the passenger to respect him and not order him around.
