Explain when a little sulphuric acid is added to water in a beaker, the water becomes hot.

because h2so4+h2o is an highly exothermic reaction.!

A reaction in which heat released is know as exothermic reaction when we add sulphuric acid to water the generation of heat is more even though less quantity if sulphuric acid is added . Hence as a result due to the heat released the water becomes hot
