Hi there !!

Prime number :- Number that can be divided exactly only by itself and one.

Composite number :- Number that is factor of more than 2 numbers.

3 × 12 × 101+4 = 3640

Simply we can say that it is composite because this number have more than 2 factors.

Thankyou :)
