Creativity is inert quality. It is that quality that people had from their birth. It can be polished and enhanced by different strategies. A person must be flexible to adapt and learn new things gained from experiences in his life. To enhance creativity, travelling and net surfing are the best options. A person can learn new things by interacting with different people. A person would be more creative if he is flexible and can learn things easily and can create more interesting ideas.

Creativity can be assessed in group discussions like in classrooms by the help of small activities. Because small activities to check creativity can be healthy to enhance creativity of students. Communicate ideas in new and innovative ways.
