hu.idity means presence of water vapour in atmosphere
if there is low humidity then the rate of evaporation will increase
2 as water wants get vapourised
it take heat from water and get converted into vapour then wind helps it to go away
hope it helps you

1. atmosphere can hold only certain amount of moisture.that is why when humidity is low then the rate of evaporation is high

2. when wind speed increases, it carries away the moisture with it and reduces the moisture(humidity) from air and this results in increase in rate of evaporation
