17 (11 x 13 x 15  x 1) + 1

17 (11 x 13 x 15) x 1 + 1

when any number has more the one factor it is known as composite number.

11 x 13 x 15 x 17 +17 is having 4 factors .

therefore it is a composite number.

Given; 11×13×15×17+17 is a composite number

To Find; Why it is a composite number

Solution; Composite numbers are the numbers that don't have a common factor other than 1

 11×13×15×17+17

= 36482

Now 36482 is an even number but is formed by-product of various odd numbers

Hence it is a composite number
