Here is your solution

7*11*13+13 = 13(7*11+1)
                    = 13*78 = 13*2*39

and, 7*6*5*4*3*2*1+5 = 5(7×6×4×3×2×1+1)
                                    = 5(1008+1)
                                    = 5(1009)
                                    = 5*1009*1

Both 7×11×13+13and 7×6×5×4×3×2×1+5 have more than two prime factors so, these are composite numbers
