Explain why among hcl,hbr,hi only hbr show anti markovnikov addition?

with hcl the second propagation step is endothermic...bcos hcl bond is strong.on the other hand hi is oxidized to i2.but in case of hbr both the propagation steps are exothermic and hbr adds to double bond by free radical mechanism.so thats why hbr is only used in anti markonikov rule
