explain why can not animals make their own food by using carbon dioxide,water,soil and sunlight. if they can't make their foods how do they get energy to survive

animals do not have chlorophyll for photosynthesis.. hence can't make food

so they get energy through respiration

they cannot make food themselves because they don't have chlorophyll which is main in food formation.

they get energy from the food they have eaten that food is something alive which would have the plants from that prey got it's energy from and the predators get energy from the prey.
